At Wingsilks, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind (such as size or color preference)

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories
  • Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 30 calendar days from delivery
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging, labels, or accessories
  • Items showing stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use
  • Items damaged due to improper use, improper washing, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Items not purchased directly from Wingsilks official store

Wingsilks does not currently offer customized or made-to-order products.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Wingsilks will cover the return shipping cost
  • A prepaid return label will be provided after the return request is approved

If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or any non-defective reason:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

No return handling fees, restocking fees, or return processing fees will be charged.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 calendar days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. If the item is defective or incorrect, provide clear photos of the issue
  4. Wait for return authorization and instructions from our support team
  5. Ship the item back only after approval is received

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

All approved returns must be sent to the following warehouse address:

Please do not send returns to any other address. Unauthorized returns may result in delays or rejection of refund processing.

Return Inspection

Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

After inspection is completed and the return is approved, the refund process will begin.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing time is 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 calendar days of delivery for:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received
